Motion:
Instruct the Recording Secretary to enter notice of posting
into the Minutes.
The November 16, 1998 Agenda for the Adjourned Regular
Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency was posted on
the door of the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza at
1:15 p.m. on November 12, 1998.
The Notice of Adjournment for the November 17, 1998
Communi ty Redevelopment Agency Regular Meeting was posted on
the door of the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza at
5:32 p.m. on November 17, 1998.
APPOINTMENT OF VICE CHAIRPERSON
Motion:
Appoint Agency Member Thomas E. Lutz as Vice Chairperson of
the Community Redevelopment Agency.
Agency Member Christy arrived at 7:32 p.m.
BUSINESS CALENDAR

PUBLIC HEARING - SALE OF AGENCY-OWNED PROPERTIES - 2109 S. BAKER
AND 1235 S. PARTON
The public hearing opened at 7:32 p.m.
Presentation of staff report and staff comments by Executive Director
Cynthia Nelson.
Aracely Cerda spoke in favor of the item and no written communications
were received.
The pubic hearing closed at 7:35 p.m.

Adopt a resolution:

RESOLUTION NO. 98-20: A resolution authorizing the
sale of Agency-owned property located at 2109 S. Baker
and all other required documents.

Adopt a resolution:
RESOLUTION NO. 98-21: A resolution authorizing the
