Motion:
Instruct the Recording Secretary to enter notice of posting
into the Minutes.
The September 8, 1998 Agenda for the Adjourned Regular Meeting
of the Community Redevelopment Agency was posted on the door
of the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza at 3:25 p.m. on
September 2, 1998.
The Notice of Adjournment for the September 15, 1998 Community
Redevelopment Agency Regular Meeting was posted on the door of
the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza at 5:32 p.m. on
September 15, 1998.
The Notice of Special Meetings for the September 17, 1998 and
September 21, 1998 Special Meetings was posted on the door of
the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza at 12:20 p.m. on
September 15, 1998.

PUBLIC HEARING - SALE OF AGENCY-OWNED PROPERTY - 1120 N. SPURGEON
The public hearing opened at 9:38 p.m.
Presentation of staff report and staff comments by Executive Director
Cynthia Nelson. No written communications were received and there were no
speakers on the matter.
The pubic hearing closed at 9:40 p.m.

Adopt a resolution:
RESOLUTION NO. 98-18: A resolution authorizing the sale of
Agency-owned property located at 1120 N. Spurgeon and
execution of all other required documents.

AGREEMENT FOR SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATION SERVICES WITH FRAZIER SCOTT
Motion:
Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the
Chairman and the Executive Director to execute an agreement
for Systems Administration Services with Frazier Scott for
$51,000.
