RESOLUTION NO. 98-7: A resolution approving an Implementation Agreement between the Redevelopment Agency and Discovery Museum of Orange County and to approve a corporate sponsor name on the proposed signage. . . . 2. Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman and the Executive Director to execute, a Reimbursement Agreement with Discovery Museum of Orange County for construction of a security fence along the bicycle trail adjacent to the Discovery Science Center project, in an amount not to exceed $50,000. Tim Rush and Ricki Older spoke in favor of the Amendment Application and a reader board, but opposed the advertisement of the food court. The Mayor closed the public hearing at 7:00 p.m. .
