RESOLUTION NO. 98-7: A resolution approving an
Implementation Agreement between the Redevelopment
Agency and Discovery Museum of Orange County and to
approve a corporate sponsor name on the proposed
signage.

Chairman and the Executive Director to execute, a
Reimbursement Agreement with Discovery Museum of Orange
County for construction of a security fence along the
bicycle trail adjacent to the Discovery Science Center

Tim Rush and Ricki Older spoke in favor of the Amendment Application and a reader board, but
opposed the advertisement of the food court.

who provided the Council with a copy of the "Standard Procedure for Managing Speed on
Residential Streets" and a sample "Speed Awareness Letter." He reviewed the City's procedures
for installation of speed humps, discussing such issues as:
