Motion:
Instruct the Recording Secretary to enter notice of posting
into the Minutes.
The May 4, 1998 Agenda for the Adjourned Regular Meeting of
the Community Redevelopment Agency was posted on the door of
the Council Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza at 5:00 p.m. on
April 29, 1998.
The Notice of Adjournment for the May 19, 1998 Community
Redevelopment Agency Regular Meeting was posted on the door
of the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza at 5:32 p.m.
on May 19, 1998. .

LEASE AMENDMENT FOR SOUTH MAIN OFF-STREET PARKING (1201 SOUTH MAIN
STREET)
Motion:
Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the
Chairman and Executive Director to execute, an amendment to
the lease of real property located at 1201 South Main Street
from Jeanne Tibbets.
