THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
NOVEMBER 15, 1999
At 5:30 p.m. in the Police Chief's Conference Room, 60 Civic Center
Plaza, Executive Assistant to the City Manager Lorraine Lazarine de
McCarty, acting on behalf of Community Redevelopment Agency Executive
Director and Secretary Cynthia J. Nelson, declared the Special Meeting
of the Agency adjourned to convene at 5:45 p.m. or as soon as possible
thereafter in Room 831, City Hall, 20 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana.

The Brown Act permits legislative bodies to discuss certain matters
without members of the public present. The following item was
received for the Closed Session Calendar.
At 6:15 p.m., with all members of the Community Redevelopment Agency
present, Chairman Pulido indicated that the Agency had not completed
discussion of its Closed Session Calendar item and would take up the
item following the November 15 Regular Council meeting.
At 11:08 p.m., the Community Redevelopment Agency convened with all
members present to consider the following:

Party with whom negotiating: Caribou Industries and Orange
County High School for the Arts
Agency Negotiators: Community Development Agency Executive
Director Cindy Nelson
Terms under negotiation: Potential acquisition of interest
in property by the Community Redevelopment Agency
Agency Members Christy and Franklin declared a Conflict of
Interest due to receipt of campaign contributions from one of the
negotiating parties and left the meeting.
