SCHOOL OF THE ARTS
Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman
and Executive Director to execute, a Third Implementation
Agreement to the Owner Participation Agreement between the
Community Redevelopment Agency and the Orange County High
School of the Arts Foundation.

JORGE JUAN
Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman
and Executive Director to execute, an agreement with Jorge Juan to
perform various computer programming and other support services
in an amount not to exceed $55,000.

AGREEMENT FOR ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY AND
ESCROW INSTRUCTIONS COVERING 620 NORTH LACY STREET
Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman
and Executive Director to execute, an agreement for the acquisition
of real property and escrow instructions covering the real property
located at 620 North Lacy Street, Santa Ana, and identified as
Assessor Parcel Number 398-311-14 from Ramon Ramos for the
amount of $326,625 plus normal escrow and closing costs.
