OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
July 24, 1980
The meeting was informally convened at 5:00 p.m. in the Fourth Floor Con-
ference Room o~ the California Land Title Company, 1010 North Main Street,
Santa Ana. Mayor James E. Ward and Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy
were present. Also in attendance were various members of the Chamber of
Commerce Executive Board, the City staff, and a men~er of the press.
Councilman Gordon Bricken, City Attorney Edward J. Cooper, and City
Manager A. J. Wilson joined the meeting at 5:20 p.m., and Councilman
Daniel E. Griset arrived at 5:40 p.m. No other Councilmen~ers arrived;
thus, a quorum was not constituted. The meeting was declared adjourned
at 6:00 p.m. for lack of a quorum.
