Motion: Instruct the Recording Secretary to enter notice of posting into the
Minutes.
The Agenda for the December 4, 2000 Adjourned Regular Meeting of the
Community Redevelopment Agency was posted on the door of the Council
Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza at 9:31 a.m. on December 1, 2000.
The Notice of Adjournment of the December 4, 2000 Community
Redevelopment Agency Adjourned Regular Meeting to December 18,
2000 at 6:05 p.m. in the Police Community Room, 60 Civic Center Plaza,
was posted on the door of the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza at
10:37 a.m. on December 5,2000.

Approve staff recommendations on the following Business Calendar
items.
SANTA ANA BOULEVARD EXTENSION OF NEGOTIATIONS
Authorize the Executive Director of the Community
Redevelopment Agency to continue to negotiate the terms and
conditions of a Disposition and Development Agreement with
Southern California Housing Development Corporation for the
acquisition and rehabilitation of multi-family housing located in
the area along Santa Ana Boulevard between Poinsettia Street
and Mortimer for an additional six-month period.
B.
Authorize the Executive Director of the Community
Redevelopment Agency to continue to negotiate the terms and
conditions of a Disposition and Development Agreement with The
Olson Company (TOC) for the development of a new housing
project in the area along Santa Ana Boulevard between Poinsettia
Street and Mortimer for an additional six-month period.
AMENDMENT TO CONTINGENT ACQUISITION AGREEMENT WITH
THE OLSON COMPANY FOR EAST VILLAGE ARTISTS LlVE/WORK
PROJECT.
Motion: Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare and authorize the Executive
Director to execute an amendment to the Agreement for Contingent
Acquisition of Real Property and Escrow Instructions with The Olson
Company
