OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
October 20,~1980
The meeting was called to order at 2:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers,
22 Civic Center Plaza, by the Deputy Clerk I, Eva Solis, in the absence
of the Mayor and Vice Mayor. There was no response to the roll call of
the Council, and the Deputy Clerk I declared the meeting adjourned for
lack of a quorum.
