CJL:pld 12-9-75 Hl RESOLUTION NO. 75-19 A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA ADOPTING AND CERTIFYING THE SUPPLEMENTAL ENVIRON- MENTAL IMPACT REPORT TO THE SANTA ANA REDE- VELOPMENT PROJECT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT ADOPTED MAY 15,1975, FOR 200 UNITS OF SENIOR CITIZENS HOUSING TO BE CONSTRUCTED BETWEEN ROSS AND BIRCH, FIRST AND THIRD STREETS IN THE SANTA ANA REDEVELOPMENT PRO- JECT AREA UNDER THE UNITED STATES HOUSING ACT OF 1937 AS AMENDED IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana, after due notice, and after a public hearing held December 15,1975, that the draft sup- plemental Environmental Impact Report to the Santa Ana Rede- velopment Project Environmental Impact Report adopted May 15, 1975, for 200 units of senior citizens housing to be con- structed between Ross and Birch, First and Third Streets in the Santa Ana Redevelopment project Area under the United States Housing Act of 1937 as amended, which draft is attached hereto as Exhibit "A," all written and verbal comments received by the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana pertaining to said draft supplemental Environmental Impact Report, are hereby adopted as the final supplemental Environmental Impact Report to the Santa Ana Redevelopment Project Environmental Impact Report adopted May 15,1975. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the community Redevelop- ment Agency of the City of Santa Ana hereby certifies that said final supplemental Environmental Impact Report was prepared in conformance with the Community Redevelopment Agenayof the City of Santa Ana's Procedures for Implementation of the Cali- fornia Environmental Quality Act of 1970 and the Regulations of the California State Resources Agency, as well as the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970.
