RESOLUTION NO. 75-19
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA ADOPTING
AND CERTIFYING THE SUPPLEMENTAL ENVIRON-
MENTAL IMPACT REPORT TO THE SANTA ANA REDE-
VELOPMENT PROJECT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
REPORT ADOPTED MAY 15,1975, FOR 200 UNITS
OF SENIOR CITIZENS HOUSING TO BE CONSTRUCTED
BETWEEN ROSS AND BIRCH, FIRST AND THIRD
STREETS IN THE SANTA ANA REDEVELOPMENT PRO-
JECT AREA UNDER THE UNITED STATES HOUSING
ACT OF 1937 AS AMENDED
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana, after due notice, and after
a public hearing held December 15,1975, that the draft sup-
plemental Environmental Impact Report to the Santa Ana Rede-
velopment Project Environmental Impact Report adopted May 15,
1975, for 200 units of senior citizens housing to be con-
structed between Ross and Birch, First and Third Streets in
the Santa Ana Redevelopment project Area under the United
States Housing Act of 1937 as amended, which draft is attached
hereto as Exhibit "A," all written and verbal comments
received by the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Santa Ana pertaining to said draft supplemental Environmental
Impact Report, are hereby adopted as the final supplemental
Environmental Impact Report to the Santa Ana Redevelopment
Project Environmental Impact Report adopted May 15,1975.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the community Redevelop-
ment Agency of the City of Santa Ana hereby certifies that said
final supplemental Environmental Impact Report was prepared in
conformance with the Community Redevelopment Agenayof the
City of Santa Ana's Procedures for Implementation of the Cali-
fornia Environmental Quality Act of 1970 and the Regulations
of the California State Resources Agency, as well as the
California Environmental Quality Act of 1970.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana at its special
meeting held on the 15th day of December, ,.1975.

,Upon submission of such certification, an Annual Contributions
Contract \o1ill be executed by this Authority and HUD. Follm,¡ir.g
such execution, an "Agreement to Enter into Housing Assistance
Payments Contract" (Agreement) will be executed by you and t;Üs
Authority, subject to approval of HUD, which Agreement shall b.::
in accordance with the form of Agreement attached hereto.
Failure to submit the docUlI'.ents required above within the
specified time may result in the Authority's rescinding this
Notification. '

. Your acceptance of this Notification constitutes a certific~tion
and agreement that (a) there will not be made any assignment,
conveya,nce, or any other form of transfer of the property, or
any interest therein, without the prior written consent of the
Authority and HUD, except to a financial institution for the
purpose of obtaining financing (an assignment to a limited
partnership of which you are the general partner shall not be
considered an assignment for this purpose), and (b) no developer
or owner shall be substituted for those named in the proposal
,without the written consent of the Authority and HUD.
