RESOLUTION NO. 75-18
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMilllITY REDEVELOPJ~NT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE A NOTICE OF TERMI-
NATION OF AGREEMENT WITH LARRY SMITH M1D CO.,
INC., FOR ECONOMIC CONSULTANTS SERVICES AND
INSTRUCTING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO SERVE
SAID NOTICE OF TERMINATION PURSUANT TO
SECTION 517 OF THE AGREEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Community Redevelopment Agency
of the City of Santa Ana hereby authorizes the Chairman to
execute the Notice of Termination of the Agreement for Economic
Study Services with Larry Smith and Co., Inc., dated April 1, 1974,
and a modification thereof, dated October 9,1974, a copy of which
Notice is attached hereto and labeled Exhibit "A," and hereby
instructs the Executive Director to send said Notice pursuant to
Section 515 and Section 517 of said Agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Community Redevelopment Agency
of the City of Santa Ana at its reqular meeting
held on the 10th day of December , 1975.
