RESOLUTION NO. 75-13
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA ADOPTING AND
CERTIFYING THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT ON THE
AMENDMENT TO REDEVELOPMENT PLAN CITY OF SANTA
ANA REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT DATED APRIL 2,1975
.
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana that the Draft Environmental
Impact Report on the Amendment to Redevelopment Plan City
of Santa Ana Redevelopment Project which is attached hereto
as Exhibit "A", all written and verbal comments received
by the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa
Ana pertaining to said Draft Environmental Impact Report,
are hereby adopted as the Final Environmental Impact Report
on the Amendment to Redevelopment Plan City of Santa Ana
Redevelopment Project dated April 2,1975.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana hereby certifies that said
Final Environmental Impact Report was prepared in confor-
mance with the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City
of Santa Ana's procedures for implementation of the California
Environmental Quality Act of 1970 and the regulations of
the California States Resources Agency, as well as the
California Environmental Quality Act of 1970.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana at its special meeting
held on the 15th day Of~Ma..y, 1975.
