RESOLUTION NO. 76- 33
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE
AGENCY TO JOINTLY SIGN ALL DOCUMENTS NECES-
SARY FOR THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AGENCY
GRANT APPLICATION FOR THE FASHION SQUARE
PARKING STRUCTURE TO BE CONSTRUCTED.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Community Redevelopment Agency
of the City of Santa Ana that the Chairman and Executive Director
of the Agency are jointly authorized to execute all documents
necessary for the Economic Development Agency grant application
for the Fashion Square Parking Structure to be constructed in
the City of Santa Ana.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Community Redevelopment Agency
of the City of Santa Ana at its Regular meeting held
on the 23rd day of November , 1976.
