RESOLUTION NO. 76- 31
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING
THE REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT ON THE FOURTEEN
ACRE SITE IN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AND
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA TO FILE A NOTICE OF DETERMINATION
TO CARRY OUT THE PROJECT PURSUANT TO THE
ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT OF 1970 §§21152 OF
THE CALIFORNIA PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE.

WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Agency of the
City of Santa Ana has reviewed, considered and certified an
Environmental Impact Report supplemental to the Santa Ana
Redevelopment Project Environmental Impact Report adopted
May 15,1975, for 199 units of Senior Citizen Housing and
300 units of Moderate Income Housing to be constructed
between Ross and Flower, First and Third Streets in the Santa
Ana Redevelopment Project area under the United States Housing
Act of 1937, as amended by the Housing and Community Develop-
ment Act of 1974 (42U.S.C. 5301);
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Community Re-
development Agency of the City of Santa Ana approves the
project on the fourteen acre site for 199 units of Senior
Citizen Housing and 300 units of Moderate Income Housing.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Executive Director
of the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa
Ana is hereby authorized to file a notice of determination
to carry out the abovementioned project pursuant to the
Environmental Quality Act of 1970 §§21152 of the California
Public Resources Code on the abovementioned 14-acre site.
