HomeMy WebLinkAbout1976-30 CRA '- . .. . . 9 RESOLUTION NO. 76-30 A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA ADOPTING AND CERTIFYING A SUPPLEMENTAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT TO THE SANTA ANA REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT ADOPTED MAY 15,1975, FOR 199 UNITS OF SENIOR CITIZENS HOUSING AND 300 UNITS MODERATE INCOME HOUSING TO BE CONSTRUCTED BETWEEN ROSS AND FLOWER, FIRST AND THIRD STREETS IN THE SANTA ANA REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA UNDER THE UNITED STATES HOUSING ACT OF 1937, AS AlÅ’NDED BY THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974 (42 U.S.C. 5301). BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana, after due notice, and after a public hearing held on October 26,1976, that a draft supplemental Environmental Impact Report adopted May 15,1975, for 199 units of senior citizen housing and 300 units moderate income housing to be constructed between Ross and Flower, First and Third Streets in the Santa Ana Redevelopment Project Area under the United States Housing Act of 1937 as amended, which draft is attached hereto as Exhibit A, all written and verbal comments received by the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana pertaining to said draft supplemental Environmental Impact Report, are hereby adopted as the final supplemental Environmental Impact Report to the Santa Ana Redevelopment Project Environmental Impact Report adopted May 15, 1975. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana hereby certifies that said final supplemental Environmental Impact Report was prepared in conformance with the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana's Procedures for Implementation of the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970 and the Regulations of the California State Resources Agency, as well as the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970.
