RESOLUTION NO. 76~25
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA RECEIVING THE
DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FOR THE
PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT OF PROPERTY LOCATED
BETWEEN FIRST, FLOWER, THIRD AND ROSS STREETS
FOR LOW-AND MODERATE-INCOME APARTMENT HOUSING
AND DIRECTING FILING OF THE NOTICE OF COMPLE-
TION THEREON.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment Agency of
the City of Santa Ana as follows:
1. That that certain document entitled "Supplement to
the Environmental Impact Report on the Redevelopment Plan,ß per-
taining to development of the 14-acre tract bounded by First Street
on the south and Third Street on the north, between Ross and Flower
Streets, is hereby received and filed by this Agency as the draft
supp1em~ntal environmental impact report for the disposition and
development of said area for low-and moderate-income apartment housing;
2. That the Executive Director of this Agency is directed
to prepare and file a Notice of completion with the Secretary of
State Resource Agency pursuant to the State EIR Guidelines;
3. That the Executive Director of this Agency is
authorized to distribute the said draft supplemental environmental
impact report for comment pursuant to the State EIR Guidelines.
