RESOLUTION NO. 76- ~

A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE AGENCY TO EXECUTE AGREE-
MENTS FOR THE ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY
IN THE REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment Agency of
the City of Santa Ana that the Chairman of said Agency is hereby
authorized to execute, on behalf of the Agency, the following
Agreements for acquisition of real property:

Russell Elliget individually and
Russell Elliget as trustee.
