RESOLUTION NO. 76-14
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY TO EXECUTE
LEASES OF REAL PROPERTY ACQUIRED BY THE AGENCY.
WHEREAS, The Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Santa Ana has acquired certain real properties located within the
survey area; and
WHEREAS, California Health and Safety Code § 33430 permits
the Community Redevelopment Agency to dispose of agency-owned
property by lease;
WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Santa Ana desires to lease various real properties owned by the
Agency, pending disposition pursuant to the Community Redevelop-
ment Plan as amended April 2,1975;
WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Santa Ana desires to delegate the authority to the Executive
Director to execute said leases;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana, that the Executive Director of
the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana is
hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the Agency, leases of
real property owned by the Agency pending disposition pursuant to
the Community Redevelopment Plan as amended, April 2,1975.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Community Redevelopment Agency of
the City of Santa Ana at its Regular meeting held on
the 22nd day of June , 1976.
