RESOLUTION NO. 77-24
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING PURCHASE
OF LIFE INSURANCE AND A.D.& D.
INSURANCE TO COVER ELIGIBLE AGENCY
MEMBERS .
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Community Redevelopment Agency of
the City of Santa Ana, as follows:
1. That the Executive Director of the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana is hereby authorized and directed
to contract with LaFayette Life Insurance Company for life insur-
ance and A.D.&.D. insurance covering eligible members of this Agency,
in the principal sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00).
2. That said Executive Director is hereby authorized and
directed to contract with Hartford Insurance Company for A.D.&.D.
travel insurance in the principal sum of Two hundred fifty thousand
dollars ($250,000.00), covering each eligible member of this
Agency.
