RESOLUTION NO. 77- 1
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE AGENCY TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT FOR THE ACQUISITION OF REAL PROP-
ERTY IN THE REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Conununity Redevelopment Agency
of the City of Santa Ana that the Chairman of said Agency is
hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of the Agency, the
following Agreement for acquisition of real property:
SELLERS:
Joanne Bauchiero; Sandra Anne Harper;
Joanne Bauchiero as guardian of the
estatæand persons of Katherine Anne
Harper and Nancy Anne Harper, minors.
