RESOLUTION NO. 78-28
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA ADOPTING
PROCEDURES FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION
OF THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL
QUALITY ACT
WHEREAS, all public agencies are required by
section 21082 of the Public Resources Code to adopt objec-
tives, criteria, and procedures for the evaluation of
projects and the preparation of environmental impact
reports and negative declarations pursuant to the Cali-
fornia Environmental Quality Act; and
WHEREAS, amendments to the said California
Environmental Quality Act and the State EIR Guidelines
now require a comprehensive revision of the implementing
procedures of this Agency;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana as follows:
1. That certain document entitled "REDEVELOP-
MENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, PROCEDURES FOR
IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL
QUALITY ACT; 1978 REVISION," now on file in the
office of the Executive Director of the Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana, is hereby adopted
as the objectives, criteria, and procedures required
by section 21082 of the Public Resources Code of the
State of California,
2, All objectives, criteria, and procedures
previously adopted by this Agency pursuant to the
above said section are hereby repealed,
3, The Executive Director of the Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana and his designated
representatives are hereby delegated responsibilities
for administration of the said Procedures on behalf of
this Agency, to the maximum extent permissable under
section 15055 of the State EIR Guidelines.
