A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE AGENCY TO EXECUTE
AGREEMENTS FOR THE ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY
IN THE REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 77-27 of the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana, the Commission has authority to pro-
cess all property acquisition contracts through the normal finance
and purchasing procedures of the City of Santa Ana and in accordance
with California Health and Safety Code Section 33422.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment Commission of
the City of Santa Ana that the Chairman of said Agency - is hereby
authorized to execute, on behalf of the Agency the following Agreements
for Acquisition of Real Property:
