A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF
THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT FOR THE ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY
IN THE REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 79-43, the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana approved and
authorized a Participation Agreement between the Community
Redevelopment Agency and Jones Development Corporation; and
WHEREAS, by motion adopted September 19,1979, the
Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana
adopted a budget therefor and authorized implementation
thereof by the Community Redevelopment Commission of the
City of Santa Ana.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community
Redevelopment Commission of the City of Santa Ana:
That the Chairman of the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana is hereby authorized to
execute, on behalf of said Agency, the following Agreement
for Acquisition of Real Property:
SELLER:
Marianna Furtek as Conservator
for Callie E. Horton, and Marianna
Furtek individually and Ardell
Blessing individually as co-trustees
of the Robert F. McCollum Trust
No.2, dated April 10, 1978
