RESOLUTION NO. 79-58
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA ACCEPTING AND AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE A COMMITMENT AGREEMENT
WITH WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., FOR AGENCY'S
COMMERCIAL REHABILITATION LOAN PROGRAM
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA:
That the Chairman is hereby authorized to execute
on behalf of said Agency that certain letter agreement
between Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., and the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana, dated
September 24, 1979, a copy of which is on file in the office
of the Executive Director of said Agency, to which copy
reference is hereby made for full particulars.
