RESOLUTION NO. 79-56

A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN A PROPERTY EXCHANGE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE AGENCY AND THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA
BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana as follows:
1. The Chairman of the Agency is hereby
authorized to execute that certain agreement entitled
"Agreement Between the Community Redevelopment Agency of the
City of Santa Ana and the City of Santa Ana for Exchange of
property," form dated October 1, 1979, and related grant
deeds, copies of which are on file in the office of the
Executive Director of the Agency and to which copies
reference is hereby made for full particulars.

2. The Executive Director is hereby authorized
to take all steps and to sign all documents and instruments
necessary to carry out said agreement for exchange of real
property on behalf of the Agency.
