RESOLUTION NO. 79-51
.
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING A LICENSE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
AND STEVEN J. KEISER AND PAULA B. KEISER
WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Agency
previously entered into that certain agreement entitled
"participation Agreement," dated January 15, 1979, as
amended by a "First Amendment to Participation Agreement,"
dated September 17, 1979, with Steven J. Keiser and Paula B.
Keiser, hereinafter referred to as "said Agreement;" and
WHEREAS, the Agency has acquired an order of
possession in that certain case entitled Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana v. Bluma S.
Glasser, et aI, Case NO.~-44-55~presentry-pend~n-rhe
Superlor Court for the County of Orange for a portion of the
property described in said Agreement; and

WHEREAS, Steven J. Keiser and Paula B. Keiser
desire to enter and begin construction on said portion of
the property possession of which has been previously
acquired by the Agency pursuant to said order of possession
prior to the date when title to said portion may be conveyed
by the Agency.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
The Chairman of the Agency is hereby authorized to
execute that certain "License Agreement" between Agency and
Steven J. Keiser and Paula B. Keiser, form dated September
19,1979, a copy of which is on file in the office of the
Secretary of the Agency, to which copy reference is hereby
made for full particulars.
