RESOLUTION NO. 79-49
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF
THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT FOR THE ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY
IN THE REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 79-43, the Community Redevel-
opment Agency of the City of Santa Ana approved and authorized
a Participation Agreement between the Community Redevelop-
ment Agency and Jones Development Corporation, hereinafter
referred to as "said Agreement;" and
WHEREAS, by motion adopted September 19,1979, the
Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana
adopted a budget and authorized implementation of said Agree-
ment by the Community Redevelopment Commission of the City
of Santa Ana.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevel-
opment Commission of the City of Santa Ana that the Chairman
of the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa
Ana is hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of the Agency,
the following Agreement for Acquisition of Real Property.

Jack L. Smith, Trustee under
the Smith Family Trust, dated
October 18, 1968, and the
Smith Family Trust, dated
December 13, 1973.
