RESOLUTION NO. 79-48
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
COMMISSIQN OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA
ANA TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR APPRAISAL
OF MACHINERY, EQUIPMENT AND FIXTURES.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment
Commission of the City of Santa Ana that the Chairman of
said Agency is hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of
said Agency, that certain "Agreement for Appraisal of Machinery,
Equipment, and Fixtures," form dated 9/24/79, and where
"Appraiser" is named as Gilbert Strange, dba "Gil Strange &
Co. "
