RESOLUTION NO. 79-40
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH LEE SAYLOR, INC., FOR COST
CONSULTING SERVICES
BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment
Commission of the City of Santa Ana:
That the Chairman of the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana is hereby authorized to
execute on behalf of said Agency that certain "Agreement
Between the Communtiy Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Santa Ana and Lee Saylor, Inc., for Cost Consulting Services,"
form dated August 27,1979, a copy of which is on file in
the office of the Executive Director of said Agency.
