RESOLUTION NO. 79-39
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH SANTA ANA CITY CENTER ASSOCIATION,
INC., TO FORMULATE A LOCAL DEVELOPMENT COMPANY
BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment Commission
of the City of Santa Ana:
That the Chairman of the Santa Ana Community Redevelop-
ment AGency is hereby authorized to execute on behalf of
said Agency that certain -Agreement between the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana and Santa Ana
City Center Association, Inc., for Specialized Administra-
tive Services," form dated August 22, 1979.
