RESOLUTION NO. 79-38
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA TO CONFIRM
AUTHORIZATION FOR CHAIRMAN OF THE COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA
ANA TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR APPRAISAL
OF REAL PROPERTY
BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment Commission
of the City of Santa Ana that the Chairman of the Community Rede-
velopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana is authorized to execute,
on behalf of said Agency, that certain "Agreement for Appraisal of
Real Property", dated August 28,1979, with Cedric A. White, Jr.
for appraisal of property bounded by Third, Fourth, Flower and
Garnsey Streets.
