RESOLUTION NO. 79-34
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE AGENCY
TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR APPRAISAL
OF REAL PROPERTY AND AN AGREEMENT
FOR APPRAISAL OF MACHINERY, EQUIPMENT AND FIXTURES
BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana that the Chairman ,øf said
Agency is authorized to execute, on behalf of saiS"Agency,
that certain" Agreement for Appraisal of Real property,"
form dated 7/31/79, and that certain "Agreement for
Appraisal of Machinery, Equipment and Fixtures," form dated
7/27/79, with Landauer Associates, Inc., for appraisals of
the Weber's Bakery property on North Main Street.
