RESOLUTION NO. 79-33
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE AGENCY TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH FELIX ORAMAS FOR RELOCATION
SERVICES
BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana:
That the Chairman of said Agency is authorized to
execute, on behalf of said Agency, that certain agreement,
entitled "Agreement Between the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana and Felix Oramas for
Relocation Services," form dated 8-8-79, a copy of which is
on file in the office of the Executive Director, to which
reference is hereby made for full particulars.
ADOPTED this 20th day of
August, 1979, by the following vote:
