RESOLUTION NO. 79-28
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT FOR LEGAL SERVICES
AS SPECIAL TAX COUNSEL IN CONNECTION WITH A
PROPOSED COMMERCIAL REHABILITATION LOAN PROGRAM
WITHIN THE DOWNTOWN REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA:
That the Chairman is hereby authorized and directed, on
behalf of the Agency, to execute that certain "Agreement for
Legal Services as Special Tax Counsel Community Redevelop-
ment Agency of the City of Santa Ana Downtown Redevelopment
Project Area Commercial Rehabilitation Loan program," form
dated 05/04/79, a copy of which is on file in the Office of
the Executive Directive of the Agency, to which copy refer-
ence is hereby made for full particulars.
