RESOLUTION NO. 79-27
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT FOR SPECIAL LEGAL
SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH A PROPOSED
RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE REVENUE BOND PROCEEDING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA:
That the Chairman is hereby authorized and directed to
execute, on behalf of the Agency, that certain "Agreement
for Special Legal Services Residential Mortgage Revenue Bond
Proceeding Redevelopment Construction Loans (SB 99)," form
dated 06/04/79, a copy of which is on file in the Office of
the Executive Director of the Agency, to which copy refer-
ence is hereby made for full particulars.
