RESOLUTION NO. 79-26
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN OF SAID AGENCY TO EXECUTE A
LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN SAID AGENCY AND
SOMBRERO STREET, INC., FOR PARKING PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment Agency
of the City of Santa Ana that the Chairman of said Agency is
hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of the Agency a lease
agreement entitled "Lease Agreement Between the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana and Sombrero
Street, Inc., for parking Purposes," form dated May 8,1979,
between the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana as
lessor and Sombrero Street, Inc., as lessee, for use of that
certain real property described in said lease agreement, a copy
of which is on file with the Executive Director of said Agency,
for parking purposes.
