RESOLUTION NO.
79-25
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT WITH STONE & YOUNGBERG MUNICIPAL FINANCING
CONSULTANTS, INC. FOR CERTAIN EXPERT FINANCIAL SERVICES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA:
That the chairman of said agency is hereby authorized
to execute, on behalf of said agency, that certain "Finan-
cial Consultant Agreement," by and between said agency and
Stone & Youngberg Municipal Financing Constultants, Inc., a
California corporation, wherein said contractor agrees to
provide said agency certain studies, analyses, and recommen-
dations in regard to the proposed construction of residen-
tial housing by private interests within the boundaries of
~þe agency's project area. A copy of said agreement is on
tile in the office of the secretary of the agency, and refer-
ence is hereby made thereto for full particulars thereof.
