RESOLUTION NO. 79-24
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY QF THE CITY OF SANTA
ANA TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR APPRAISAL
OF REAL PROPERTY.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment
Commission of the City of Santa Ana that the Chairman of said
Agency is hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of said
Agency that certain "Agreement for Appraisal of Real Property"
form dated 11/1/77, and where "appraiser" is named as Joseph
A. Mueller, M.A.I.
