RESOLUTION NO. 79-20
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE AGENCY TO EXECUTE AN
EAf\EMENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment Agency of
the City of Santa Ana that the Chairman of said Agency \s hereby
authorized to execute, on behalf of the Agency, a Grant of Ease-
ment to the City of Santa Ana to construct, maintain and operate
water lines within the redevelopment area in, upon, under, along
and across, that real property as described in said Grant of Ease-
ment, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herei~
by reference.
