RESOLUTION NO. 79-15
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE AGENCY TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH KALMAN F. BANKUTHY, JR. FOR
ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES
BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana that the Chairman of said
Agency is authorized to execute an agreement on behalf of
the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana
with Kalman F. Bankuthy, Jr. for administrative services,
said agreement on form dated April 11,1979.
ADOPTED this 16th day of Apr il
1979, by the following vote:
AYES: MEMBERS: Ward, Bricken, Serrato, Griset
NOES: MEMBERS: Luxembourger, Yamamoto
ABSENT: MEMBERS Markel
