RESOLUTION NO. 79-l4
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT FOR APPRAISAL OF REAL PROPERTY
BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment Commission
of the City of Santa Ana:
That the Chairman of said Community Redevelopment Agency
is hereby authorized to execute on behalf of said Agency that
certain "Agreement for Appraisal of Real Property" form dated
11/1/77, and wherein "Appraiser" is named as Cedric A. White, Jr.,
MAI.
ADOPTED, this 10th day of
April , 1979, by the following vote:
