RESOLUTION NO. 79-13
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHO-
RIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE COMMUNITY REDE-
VELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR MAINTENANCE
SERVICES FOR THE FASHION SQUARE PARKING
GARAGE
BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment
Commission of the City of Santa Ana:
That the Chairman of said Community Redevelopment
Agency is hereby authorized to execute on behalf of said
Agency that certain "Agreement for Maintenance Services at
the North Main Street parking Garage," form dated 3/14/79.
