RESOLUTION NO. 82-104

A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA TO EXECUTE
AN AGREEMENT FOR ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY
BETWEEN THE AGENCY AND JOSEPH A. MUELLER AND
BETTY L. MUELLER FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
837 NORTH GARNSEY STREET
BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment Com-
missicnof the City of Santa Ana as follows:
,
1. The Chairman of the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana is hereby authorized to
execute on behalf of the Agency that certain agreement
entitled "Agreement for Acquisition of Real Property," form
dated 5/28/76, between the Agency and Joseph A. Mueller and
Betty L. Mueller, for property located at 837 North Garnsey
Street, copies of which are on file in the office of the
Executive Director of the Agency and to which reference is
hereby made for full particulars.
2. The Executive Director of the Agency is
hereby authorized to take all steps, and to sign all
documents and instruments necessary to implement and carry
out the Agreement on behalf of the Agency.
