A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DECLARING
THE EXEMPTION FROM ACQUISITION BY EMINENT
DOMAIN OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 301 N. HARPER ST.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. That, pursuant to section 33399(g) of the
Community Redevelopment Law (California Health and Safety
Code 55 33000 et seq.), that certain property owned by
Naomi Lopez located at
301 N. Harper Street in the City of Santa Ana, and
specifically described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and
incorporated herein'by reference, is hereby declared to be
exempt from acquisition by eminent domain by the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana under the
Redevelopment Plan for the Santa Ana North Harbor Boulevard
Redevelopment Project.
2. The Executive Director of the Agency shall
forthwith cause this Resolution 'to be recorded in the
Official Records of Orange County.

EXHIBIT A
All that certain real property situated in the State of
California, County of Orange, City of Santa Ana, described as
follows:
The South 130.00 feet of the West half of the Northeast
quarter of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of
Section 10, Township 5 South, Range 10 West, San Bernardino
Base and Meridian.
Excepting therefrom the North 50.00 feet of the West 180.00
feet thereof.
Also, excepting therefrom the South 80.00 feet thereof.
