RESOLUTION NO. 82-88
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DECLARING
THE EXEMPTION FROM ACQUISITION BY EMINENT
DOMAIN OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1602 N. HARBOR BLVD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. That, pursuant to section 33399(g) of the
Community Redevelopment Law (California Health and Safety
Code §§ 33000 et seq.), that certain property owned by
Don Pieper lot'.ateñ at 380q~we"tminstér,
1602 N. Harbor Boulevard in the C~ty of Santa Ana, and
specifically described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and
incorporated herein'by reference, is hereby declared to be
exempt from acquisition by eminent domain by the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana under the
Redevelopment Plan for the Santa Ana North Harbor Boulevard
Redevelopment Project.
2. The Executive Director of the Agency shall
forthwith cause this Resolution to be recorded in the
Official Records of Orange County.

All that certain real property situated in the State of
California, County of Orange, City of Santa Ana, described as
follows:
Lots 1,2,3,6,7,8,9 and 10 in "Tract No. 538 Fairmount
Park", as shown on a Map recorded in Book 23, page 33 of
Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California.
Excepting therefrom the following: Beginning at the
Northwest corner of said Lot 3 of said Tract No. 538;
South 0°38'45" East 18.46 feet along the West line of
Lot 3 to the North corner of said Lot 6 of said Tract
538; thence South 36°21'15" West 39.31 feet along the
Northwest line of said Lot 6; thence North 89°14'45" East
48.82 feet along a line parallel with the North line of said
Lot 3; thence North 0°38'45" West 50.00 feet to a point in
said North line of said Lot 3; thence South 89°14'45" West
