HARBOR BLVD. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: 1. That, pursuant to section 33399(g) of the Community Redevelopment Law (California Health and Safety Code §§ 33000 et seq.), that certain property owned by Don Pieper lot'.ateñ at 380q~we"tminstér, 1602 N. Harbor Boulevard in the C~ty of Santa Ana, and specifically described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein'by reference, is hereby declared to be exempt from acquisition by eminent domain by the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana under the Redevelopment Plan for the Santa Ana North Harbor Boulevard Redevelopment Project. 2. The Executive Director of the Agency shall forthwith cause this Resolution to be recorded in the Official Records of Orange County.
