RESOLUTION NO. 82-74
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DECLARING
THE EXEMPTION FROM ACQUISITION BY EMINENT
DOMAIN OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 107 EAST CUBBON
SANTA ANA, CALIFO~NIA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. That, pursuant to section 33399(g) of the
Community Redevelopment Law (California Health and Safety
Code §§ 33000 et seq.), that certain property located at
107 F. C'"hhnn in the City of Santa Ana, and
specifically described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, is hereby declared to be
exempt from acquisition by eminent domain by the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana under the
Redevelopment Plan for the Santa Ana ~ SmIth Main
Street Redevelopment ProJect.
2. The Executive Director of the Agency shall
forthwith cause this Resolution to be recorded in the
Official Records of Orange County.

That certain real property situated in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of Califórnia, described as follows:
The East 41 feet of the South 51 feet of the West 115
feet of Lot 4 as shown on a Licensed Surveyor's Map of
part of Lots 3 and 5, McFadden-Wilson Tract, filed in
Book 1, page 54 of Records of Survey in the office of
the County Recorder of said County.
EXCEPTING therefrom the South 1.23 feet thereof.
