RESOLUTION NO. 82-71
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DECLARING
THE EXEMPTION FROM ACQUISITION BY EMINENT
DOMAIN OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3300 SO. YALE
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. That, pursuant to section 33399(g) of the
Community Redevelopment Law (California Health and Safety
Code §§ 33000 et seq.), that certain property located at
3300 So. Yale Ave in the City of Santa Ana, and
specifically described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, is hereby declared to be
exempt from acquisition by eminent domain by the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana under the
Redevelopment Plan for the Santa Ana South Harbor
Ron' """"Ira /Fai TV; ""w Redevelopment proj ect.
2. The Executive Director of the Agency shall
forthwith cause this Resolution to be recorded in the
Official Records of Orange County.

County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Parcel 5, as shown on a Parcel Map filed in Book 68,
Page 28 of Parcel Maps, in the office of the County
Recorder of said Coun ty.
EXCEPT THEREFROM any portion thereof lying within the
land described in the deed to the City of Santa Ana,
recorded September 3, 1974 in Book 11234, Page 1711 of
Official Records.
