RESOLUTION NO. 82-68
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DECLARING
THE EXEMPTION FROM ACQUISITION BY EMINENT
DOMAIN OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3130 W. HARVARD
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. That, pursuant to section 33399(g) of the
Community Redevelopment Law (California Health and Safety
Code §§ 33000 et seq.), that certain property located at
3130 W. Harvard in the City of Santa Ana, and
specifically described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, is hereby declared to be
exempt from acquisition by eminent domain by the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana under the
Redevelopment Plan for the Santa Ana South Harbor
Boulevard/ Fairview Redevelopment Project.
2. The Executive Director of the Agency shall
forthwith cause this Resolution to be recorded in the
Official Records of Orange County.

Lots 11 and 12 of Tract No. 3561, as shown on a map
recorded in Book 142, pages 27 to 29 inclusive of Mis-
cellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of
said County.
