JACKSON SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: 1. That, pursuant to section 33399(g) of the Community Redevelopment Law (California Health and Safety Code §§ 33000 et seq.), that certain property located at 601 No. Jackson in the City of Santa Ana, and specifically described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby declared to be exempt from acquisition by eminent domain by the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana under the Redevelopment Plan for the Santa Ana Nort? Harbor Boulevard Redevelopment ProJect. 2. The Executive Director of the Agency shall forthwith cause this Resolution to be recorded in the Official Records of Orange County.
