A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DECLARING
THE EXEMPTION FROM ACQUISITION BY EMINENT
DOMAIN OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3711 W. FIRST ST
SANTA ANA, CALIFO~~IA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
- AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
.
1. That, pursuan~ to section 33399(g) of the
Community Redevelopment Law (California Health and Safety
Code §§ 33000 et seq.), that certain property located at
3711 W. First St in the City of Santa Ana, and
specifically described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, is hereby declared to be
exempt from acquisition by eminent domain by the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana under the
Redevelopment Plan for the Santa Ana Nor~h H~rhnr
Boulevard Redevelopment ProJect.
2. The Executive Director of the Agency shall
forthwith cause this Resolution to be recorded in the
Official Records of Orange County.

That certain real property situated in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Lots 50, 51 and 52 in Block A of Tract No. 546, as shown
on a map recorded in Book 21, Page 35, Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said Orange County.
